"Premier's Multi Layer
Technology" . The vinyl
wear abrasion layer
at the top retains colour and wear
far longer than any rubber
and single ply sheet
flooring.

Challenger can also be custom
made to meet your special
requirement like extra heavy duty
traffic application, special
colours, thicknesses, sizes and
widths. Notably among the
custom developed floorings was an
extra heavy duty flooring
we provided to meet a special custom
requirement of moving
wheeled trolleys in excess of one
tonne weight!

Installation
Installation must be according to the norms
laid down in BS:8203/1987
& AS:1884/ 1985. Before installation,
ensure that the sub-floor
is clean, even, hard and moisture free.
Poly Challenger should
be allowed to relax for 24 hours at uniform
room temperature between
18? to 25? before installation.
To
achieve a smooth and hygienic finish,
Polyfloor Sheets should
be hot seam welded with welding rods. For a
superior finish, use
good Acrylic Glue.
Maintenance
Maintenance
depends on the intensity and nature of
traffic or end user requirements.
For Polyfloor it is recommended that the
floor be cleaned and
Polished after laying.
